At the first appointment, an in-depth initial consultation is done so we can create an adequate treatment plan, including herbal medicine and lifestyle/nutrition recommendations.
I do offer online consultations as well, which can be arranged by filling out the form on the Contact page. This is not appropriate for every patient but can be effective for patients seeking herbal medicine, or supplement and nutrition advice. If a distant consult is not appropriate for your condition, you will be referred to an appropriate provider in your area. I charge $120 for an initial online consult and follow up consults will vary in price depending on complexity.
